You can call ahead to let the guards know if friends or relatives are coming and to let them in without calling homeowner.
On
a 3/5 card, you can write down names of people you want admitted without calling (children, housekeeper, etc)
Monday: Tree and Yard waste. Yard waste from trimming trees and shrubs is picked up
Monday mornings starting at 7:00 A.M. Yard waste cannot be put out at the curb site before Sunday afternoon.
Wednesday: Recycling can be put out on grassy area by curb, after 6 pm Tuesday night
for pick up. If you need recycling bins contact Waste Management at 772-464-3100
Garbage pick up (in garbage cans, or tied
garbage bags) etc.
Saturday:Garbage pickup only. Can be placed out Friday night
after 6 pm
WATER EMERGENCIES: Call the Water Services District
at 340-0220 if you have a water outage or broken sprinklers that you can't shut off. They will come and turn the system off
until it's repaired.
TO OPEN FRONT GATE: If a guest calls you from the front gate telephone access panal press
the #9 on your telephone keypad to open the gate for them.
Signs:
No sign of any kind can be erected in Lake Charles without written consent of the Modifications Committee.
An "Open House" sign on a unit listed for sale is subject to the following limitations:
- The owner (for signs placed by Owner) or Broker or sales agent (for signs placed by Broker) must be physically present
on the unit property at all times during the Open House
- The placement of Open House signs is limited to no more than 2 days per week between the hours of 1 pm and 5 pm
- The Modifications Committee must approve the sign.
