At the June 24 2010 board meeting Joan Hassler introduced Mr.
Tobyn DeYoung our attorney in the Cross Town Parkway matter against the city. Mr. DeYoung gave an overview of the case. The
city took 6+ acres of land owned by the association for the construction of the Cross Town Parkway in 2007. Initially paying
the association $215,000.00. After 2 ½ tears of court dates, studies, depositions and mediations the association and
the city settled on a $900,000.00 settlement for the land taken.

TO PROHIBIT VEHICLES WITH CAR COVERS TO BE PARKED IN
DRIVEWAYS. THE FINE FOR THIS VIOLATION WILL BE $25.00 PER DAY.
