Guardhouse Information Sheet We are updating the information records for the guardhouse regarding the names
of all approved visitors that are allowed to enter our community without having to call first. If you receive service
on a regular basis specify if it is a weekly or monthly service and the dates or day and time when
they're expected. Also, please advise names
of individuals who you do not want to enter. You can
drop this information off at the clubhouse office. If it's after business hours you can leave a message at 336-5966.
If you are
expecting a visitor or service call from someone who is not on your list..... please advise the guard house at (772)
336-9824 and advise if a call is needed or not when they arrive. A reminder for those who use the telephone keypad for entry after the guard goes off duty, you will need to
press number 9 while still on the phone to open the visitors side gate. Thank you for your cooperation

PM Subject: Important information from District Manager at St Lucie West
Services District
To
All Homeowners Association: Each
home has a sewer line clean out facility located generally near the front of the house. This clean out, if damaged,
broken, or missing will allow storm water to enter and overwhelm our sewer treatment plant and/or allow storm water to mix
with untreated sewage and back up into your home. I strongly recommend that each homeowner or Homeowner Association check these facilities to insure their integrity
before the next storm. A large number of the plastic caps were found at our sewer treatment plant so I know they
are missing. To check integrity, I suggest wiggling the pipe to make sure it is firmly attached. Depicted is a new version of the cleanout.
Older versions have a square ‘nut’ on the cover and can be removed or tightened carefully with a wrench.

TROPICAL STORM FAY
Letter from the St Lucie West Services District regarding Wetland Maintenance
A Friendly Reminder
Our new management company, Advantage, started on October 1 and their representatives
will be looking at Lake Charles with different eyes. Get your roofs cleaned, landscaping in order, fascia boards painted,
shutters down, etc. to make sure you are not cited for a violation.
Please reacquaint yourselves with our Blue Book, Rules and Regulations or
Quick Reference Guide to make sure you are in compliance. It is your responsibility to make sure you are familiar with
our rules and rectify any violations. If you wait to be told you are already in violation.
Most residents of Lake Charles adhere to the rules but in order to keep our
community looking beautiful those who choose to ignore the rules will receive notification of said violation and may be fined. It
only takes a few minutes to review the rules and take measures before you are sent a notification letter.
